Self Employed

Whether you are a CIS Subcontractor, taxi driver, driving instructor or professional actor, we can handle the whole tax return process for you using our simple online form system in your secure client space. You also have the option of  sending us your records/spreadsheets so that we can analyse your figures. We can also let you know what type of allowable expenses you can claim in order to save you tax.

UK Residential Landlords living in the United Kingdom or overseas.

If you receive rent income from UK residential property you will need to declare this on your tax return together with any other taxable income. We can guide you through the process and claim any expenses that you are allowed to deduct, saving you tax. We have developed easy to use online forms available in your secure client space especially for Landlords to enter their information or alternatively you can send us your records/spreadsheets and we can analyse your figures for you. If the property is jointly owned, such as husband and wife, each owner will have to submit a Tax Return and declare their share of the rental income.

Individuals with various income

If your income is from various sources such as UK Residential Property, Employment, self employment etc.. matters can seem complex in terms of completing a tax return. As well relieving you of the hassle of preparing your return, we may also be able to save you tax in the process.

CIS Sub Contractors

If you work within the construction industry on a self employed basis you will need to complete a tax return. We will guide you through the process and claim any expenses that you are entitled to. We will include any tax that has been deducted by the main contractor, of which you will be given a tax credit. In most cases this will result in a tax refund for you. We can deal with CIS tax refunds immediately.

Those who need to file a Late Tax Return

Within our standard fee of £150.00 inclusive per return, we have the facility to prepare and file online your Tax Returns for the previous 4 tax years.

Higher Rate Taxpayers

The complexities of being a higher rate taxpayer on PAYE with additional sources of income and the need to complete a tax return can be a daunting prospect for any individual.  At KWA Tax Returns Online  we can deal with your return and relieve you of all the hassle involved in trying to complete it yourself. We might even be able to save you some tax!

Company Directors and High Earners

If you are a Company Director or are earning £100,000 a year or more, you will need to submit a tax return. We can help you within our standard fee of £150.00 inclusive, making the whole process much easier for you.

Non-Residents renting out UK Residential Property

If you are living or working abroad, or are retired and are letting out property in the UK, you have to submit a UK Tax Return to HMRC and declare your rental income. If the property is jointly owned, such as husband and wife, each owner will have to submit a Tax Return and declare their share of the rental income.

Child Benefit Claimants earning over £50,000 per year

If you or your partner receive benefits and your income is above £50,000 (not combined) then you will need to complete a tax return (these are the new HMRC requirements introduced on 7th of January 2013)
